Tasting note: Pale golden colour. Honey and raison aromas as well as a note of varietally characteristic petrol in the background. A full-bodied wine with harmonious acidity.
Winemaking:Spontaneous fermentation, no oak, long ageing on yiests.
Food pairing: Recommended primarily with cheese, oily seeds, walnuts, light roast meat, but would also work with pasta dishes with sour cream and curd cheese.
Recommended serving temperature: 11-13ᵒC
