Tasting note: Golden yellow colour. Spicy, dried fruit and yellow rose aromas. Full-bodied and oily with fiery alcohol, soft acidity, a pleasant bitter note and a buttery finish.

Winemaking: 24-hour maceration on the skins, followed by gentle pressing, slow spontaneous fermentation, half a year on the fine lees, only in stainless steel tank, bottled unfiltered.

Food pairing: Spicy, Far Eastern cuisine, spicy desserts that are not overly sweet, roast meat with fruit (turkey with pineapple, pork with apple or orange).

Recommended serving temperature: 12-13ᵒC
